Hassle-Free Returns (With a Local UK Hub!) 🇬🇧 Buying fight gear online shouldn't be a sizing gamble. That is why we operate a dedicated local UK returns facility for our British customers. If your gear doesn't fit, there is no need to pay expensive shipping back to Bangkok—just send it to our UK hub for a quick, easy resolution.

The 14-Day Guarantee & The "Golden Rule" You have 14 days from the date your package arrives to request a return or exchange.

Because we sell premium combat sports gear, hygiene and safety are our top priorities. To be eligible for a return, all items must follow our Golden Rule: They must be strictly unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Please feel free to try your gloves or shin guards on at home to check the fit, but do not hit the bag or spar in them. We cannot legally accept returns on gear that shows any signs of sweat, wear, or gym use.

  • Note: Custom orders and specially sourced items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.

Where do I send my return? Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • UK Customers: You will return your items directly to our local UK facility.

  • International Customers: You will return your items to our facility in Thailand.

  • Always contact us before sending an item back so we can authorise it and give you the correct address!

Exchanges & Refunds Need a different size? No problem. Once your unworn return arrives and is inspected, we will dispatch your new size right away (subject to stock availability) or process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Gear We stock the highest quality Thai brands, but if a factory defect slips through, we have your back. Please email our support team on the exact day of delivery with clear photos of the defect, and we will immediately arrange a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellations & Weekend Support Our logistics team in Bangkok moves incredibly fast to get your gear shipped. If you need to cancel an order, email us immediately. If your package has already been handed over to the courier, we cannot intercept it. You will simply need to receive the delivery and initiate a standard return.

Need help on a Saturday? Our customer service team operates Monday through Friday. If you email us over the weekend regarding a return, don't panic! Your 14-day return window is officially paused the moment you send the email. We will get back to you within 72 hours with your return instructions.
