Shipping policy
Delivery Methods
We currently use the following delivery methods for orders:
• DHL Express - 3-5 days from dispatch
• Fedex - 3-5 days from dispatch
• Royal Mail (UK Orders) - 2-3 days from dispatch
We'll notify you of the shipping method and you'll receive tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.
Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are based on destination country. Orders over £40 will qualify for free delivery to selected countries worldwide.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. During busy periods, processing times can be longer and orders may take 7-10 days to process. Sourced, factory and custom orders can longer, lead time will be advised prior to order.
Cancelling your order
Our logistics team moves incredibly fast to get your gear shipped out. Because of this, if you need to cancel an order, please email us immediately.
If your order hasn't shipped yet: We will cancel it and issue a full refund / change the products right away.
If your order has already left the facility: Once the package is in the hands of the courier, we physically cannot intercept it. However, for UK customers, under Consumer Contracts Regulations you still have the right to cancel! You will simply need to receive the delivery and initiate a standard return to our UK hub (return shipping costs apply).
Need to cancel on a Saturday? Our customer service team operates Monday through Friday. If you email us over the weekend, don't panic! Even though we won't see your message until Monday, we use the exact time stamp of your email to process your cancellation. Please allow up to 72 hours for a reply, but rest assured your request is safely logged.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your order.
Customs & Import Fees
UK Customers 🇬🇧
We know the biggest frustration with buying authentic Muay Thai gear direct from Thailand is the surprise courier invoices at your door. We’ve fixed that!
For our UK customers, we have optimised our international fulfillment network so that the price you see at checkout is the only price you pay.
Seamless Delivery: Whether you order a single pair of gloves or a full kit, our dispatch team utilises specialised routing (including our local UK distribution hub) to ensure your gear sails straight to your door. You should never be asked to pay a penny in courier handling fees or surprise taxes.
Our Promise: On the very rare occasion that a courier makes an administrative error and asks you to pay additional fees, simply email us the receipt. We will refund the fees immediately.
International Customers (USA, EU & Rest of World) 🌎
We ship authentic gear to your door direct from the motherland of Muay Thai.
To get you the best possible base price, international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
Depending on your local laws, your country's customs office may charge import duties upon arrival. Please check your local tax thresholds before ordering.
Please note that any international customs delays are out of our control, but our support team is always here to help track your gear.
